We offer businesses for sale on the Costa Blanca. At the moment we have bars, cafes, restaurants and other businesses available in the Benidorm, Alfaz, Altea and Albir area of the Costa Blanca, Spain.~~

What inspired you to launch your own website?

There are many Estate Agencies in this area, but not many catering to the business market. I wanted to create a website dedicated to the buying and selling businesses and business premises.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

All of our businesses are relatively close together, which means that prospective buyers can visit more premises in a shorter time. This is important if they are flying in from the UK or other country.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

The site is largely automated so adding and removing businesses from our listings is made very quick and easy, so keeping up with demand should not be a problem.
